What started as a vision to change the way financial advice was given and how the financial services industry generally focused on selling products or “making the sale,” has grown into a trusted source for business owners, proactive healthcare professionals, and individuals seeking greater financial success.

Justin J. Zoromski, AWMA®, CEPA®
Justin brings nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry and pairs it with a fresh approach by collaborating with other industry professionals to create Integrated Wealth Partners. After spending time with two larger firms, Justin began his own private practice to better serve his clients in a full service planning approach. Justin has embraced and practiced fee-based planning since the beginning of 2014, a non-conventional approach that was not widely accepted by many traditional firms at the time. Justin has recognized the value of having a team of professionals who serve the client’s best interests and that best suites each client’s unique needs.

Brandon M. Slowiak, APMA®
Brandon brings an exciting, non-traditional perspective to the financial industry. Graduating from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering and minor in Business Administration, he started his career as an Engineer and Plant Manager but realized his passion was in working with people and finances. Brandon joins the IWP team with great attention to detail, a wealth of financial and investment knowledge, and a fervor for helping our clients work toward their financial goals.
Outside of work Brandon enjoys camping, bowling, working out, playing recreational sports, being involved in his church, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams. He and his wife, Samantha, are blessed with two daughters, one son, and two dogs.

Alana Williams
Alana has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her experience includes positions such as an Internal Auditor at a credit union, a Registration Specialist at a Broker/ Dealer, and as a State Investigator. Alana is very detail oriented and meticulously organized. She ensures our firms processes and procedures run smoothly and works very closely with our clients on a day to day basis.
Alana has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. After going to basketball games, football games or track meets with her 2 high school aged children and chasing her grandchildren; Alana enjoys reading, playing with her dog Jaden and getting her hands dirty in the yard.

McKayla Zoromski
McKayla has lived and worked in Eau Claire since attending and graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing degree and with a certificate in Advanced Business Communications. McKayla has spent her career in marketing, communications, and business development and brings her knowledge and experience to the Integrated Wealth Partners team. She leads our firm’s marketing efforts and assists with client communications to ensure the best possible client experience.
Outside of work, McKayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, their young daughters, Marra and Ava, and their dog, Roxy. She also enjoys gardening, baking/cooking, playing piano, and watching the Green Bay Packers.

Maggie James
Maggie, a Cincinnati native, graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2015 with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and a Minor in Business Administration. She brings a unique blend of expertise from her diverse background to her role as our Client Experience Specialist. Maggie has collaborated with healthcare professionals and executives to enhance operational efficiencies, drawing on her business acumen. Her past experience as a Sales Area Manager in the food service industry also sharpened her skills in strategic planning and love for client relations. Maggie will be answering incoming calls, assisting the team with administrative tasks, and helping to provide top-notch service to our clients.
Outside of work, Maggie enjoys boating, running (and basically anything that has to do with all over health and wellbeing) and, most of all, spending time with her husband, Kurt, their daughters Maci and Riley, and their dog Chase.
